This code simply compares the two URLs, nothing to do with the audio they may or may not contain. The files are not retrieved, their contents are never compared. This in no way answers the question asked.

tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
