Have you looked at the documentation for Win32::GuiTest? Have you looked at the README file distributed with Win32::GuiTest? I find several email addresses there. Why do these seem unsuitable to you? Also, a Google search for the phrase "maintainer of the module TreeView.pm and Win32::GuiTest module" returns relevant links.

Please spend a modicum of effort.
