my $path = "c:/users/VinsWorldcom/tmp/x";
And here goes:
VinsWorldcom@C:\Users\VinsWorldcom\tmp> perl -v
This is perl 5, version 16, subversion 1 (v5.16.1) built for MSWin32-x
market detail: 305
market price: 206
At that point a pop-up window says "perl.exe has stopped working".
