The site in question is a poor clone of this site, it's also almost empty of content which isn't trolling or simply abuse. It seems to be a one man hangout, presumably for the person who posted this anonymously who is perhaps the worst troll Perlmonks has ever experienced, having attacked this site under many different user IDs, and even knocked it off line a few times using DOS techniques.
Simon James O'Dell is a well known troll on the internet. He has DOS'd several sites. The site in question offers nothing for Perl or it's users. This thread should be reaped to stop further publicising of the site in question, and the troll.
