In no particular order:
The ICA was an interesting and relaxing venue, in which the geeks didn't appear out of the ordinary.
The scheduling was sometimes out of control - changes were made at short notice and not always communicated to everyone.
The majority of the talks I attended were professionally delivered, relevant, and interesting. (or if none of the previous then just fun)
The people attending were relaxed, friendly, and all seemed to have a good time.
In summary an excellent first effort - I hope that the organisers pass on their experiences to next year's team.
