If you mean that you ran remsh from the command line and it didn't work, then contact your sysadmin to find out why running remsh isn't working for you.

If you mean that you put the command I gave you into your script and it didn't work, then what happened? Did RajNaidu.test.remsh file get created? If so was it empty? Did an error message show up? Did the remote machine show any failures in its logs? There are many things to check and report on. Do so.
