However, the way it is structured now, it is quite difficult to find the algorithm that one is looking for. So I thought that the best solution would be to set up a system similar to that of the Q&A section. A group of monks would be set up like the QandAEditors to go through a list of uncategorized snippets listed in a form similar to the Uncategorized Questions page and assign sections to the snippets.
As for the sections themselves, they cannot be like the Code Catacombs sections because those are for programs and these aren't full programs (Duh). Sections would have to be something like I/O or List Processing, etc. I guess people can reply to this with their own suggestions for sections.
Thoughts? Comments? Suggestions?
