    Henry, I suggest that you go to CPAN and search for the module that you think would work out best for your situation. You don't list a lot of details here other than Win32, so I didn't think any modules that I might list would be of value to you. You can search on spool, print, printer (etc.) Then you can just read through the POD of each module and see what might work out best for you.

    As a side note, if you're going to tackle a project like this (or others), you might want to get an account here at Perl Monks. It makes it easier for us to associate with you, and you get the benefits of our community, and the community's knowldege. As you work on your project and get stuck, just post some code, and what is or isn't working and usually in just a few moments someone has ideas how to help out.
