If that is really your perception/conclusion, you should not. I read some of your old posts and noticed I upvoted at least a few of them and didn't see anything I would have downvoted. You're a good monk. It would be a shame to see you participate less. On the other hand, it is a bit bizarre and offputting that you refuse to see hdb's salient point; despite many months fewer in the monastery, he has almost 10 times the posts which led to more than 7 times the XP .
