Basically his job is to delete all of those bottom of the barrel kinds of nodes. Since the NodeReaper
doesn't have much control over his own node-killing tendencies, he relies on the communities judgment for the nodes that he kills. In order for a node to be reaped it needs to have a negative reputation, 5 delete votes from the nodes to consider
page and 2 or less keep votes. Once node reaping occurs the questionable node becomes the NodeReaper
's. He places a link to a location where you can visit the old node and the reason it was considered for deletion if one was provided. He also /msg's the owner of the node telling them what has occurred. Nodes without any replies are just plain deleted when they reach the criteria specified above.
