Link to Perl Monks FAQ in Information Nodelet

The link in "information" goes to Perl Monks Site FAQ instead of Perl Monks FAQ, which is more comprehensive and newer. (Of course any non-redundant nodes in the former ought to be subsumed into the latter....)

mpolo++ ... I agree these should be merged as the names are confusing. I'm embarrassed to admit I hadn't actually realized there was a longer "Perl Monks FAQ," which answered some of my longstanding questions (that I just figured I'd pick up answers to over time.)

[GotToBTru]: I had to dig into the code to find out where it came from .. and it makes no sense
[GotToBTru]: so I emailed my contact asking if we could just stop sending it .. I'm afraid she is going to ask "what is that anyway?"
[MidLifeXis]: heh.
[MidLifeXis]: Most likely it is a code that some undocumented system, hidden behind layers of IT, deep in the bowels of the building under the machine room floor, reads that code to keep a presence switch from going off. :-b
