Linking to perldoc or man page

If I open a terminal window and type perldoc Wx or man Wx, I get a usage information screen for wxPerl. I wanted to link to this information in a prior post and none of the methods discussed below did what I needed. Can these files be linked to(assuming you have Wx installed)?

[man://Wx] Wx gives the freebsd search page

While the shortcuts can be misleading, it is quite obvious in the What shortcuts can I use for linking to other information? that these link to the Perl core docs, the CPAN module docs, and the man search, respectively.
Wx is not a core module, nor will it become one anytime soon. Therefore, the [doc://Wx] will never work. Instead, to link to a module on CPAN, use the [cpan://Wx] instead.

Thomas, thanks. That's what I figured, but thought I would ask anyway. My local docs aren't going to be your local docs.....James

It doesn't make any sense at all to link to yours or anyone else's local documentation.

If the Wx module doco isn't what you want, then perhaps the Wx distro doco is closer. ([dist://Wx])

I was trying to avoid cutting and pasting my local Wx documentation into my post...lazy. Have since cut and pasted into my POD instead.
