I chose "on a bed with a firm mattress", since I sleep in a cave on top of a large hoard of gold, jewels, magical weapons, and the gnawed bones of unwary adventurers. ;-)

    ... surely i can get that +10 dancing sword out from there, as long as i dont trip over on anything. i went for the boring `hard mattress' option, although mine is a double innerspring, and it's 6' above the floor (and about 3' from the ceiling)

    It's probably my fault that the options aren't clear but I think that counts as "on a mattress on the floor" because the treasure is not in a bed, but on the floor of the cave.
