<p>For some of the logic on this read [New mascot for Perl] I like the Schwartz(child) similarity or was that singularity? Once you understand the Schwartzian tranform you have passed the event horizon and moved down a worm hole into and alternate universe where nothing is what it seems. Strings may be treated as numbers and vice versa. There is no one true path from one point to another, only a probability function of arriving at a given point within a certain time. The cross correlation between quantum mechanics counter intuitive nature and unexpected behaviour and the Perl internals makes the choice of a black hole the only viable alternative to the Camel.
<p>In the image above we can see the irresistable force drawing people into the core. The bipolar pulse ejecta fields of course represent the unworthy being launched into the endless null void of space where be monsters like Java and PHP to consume them :-)
