That is very well possible, but one can only help to solve the known problems as they are reported.

Or one can use the "Helpdesk" method:

  1. Reset your computer
  2. If the above fails: Re-install your application
  3. If the above fails: Re-install Windows
  4. If the above fails: Get a new PC
