Well, I know my phone is using sip protocol, and I found the Net::SIP, but how to change settings with this package? This package contains API for this work, because I can't it found.

    The IP phones I have dealt with use DHCP to acquire configuration info over the network.

    So, as moritz has indicated, the right place to modify configuration is at the server that sends out the configuration info.

                 Most people believe that if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
            Engineers believe that if it ain't broke, it doesn't have enough features yet.
