GraphViz2 includes IPC::Run already, otherwise the error would be similar to...

C:\Perl\scripts>perl -MDoes::Not::Exist
Can't locate Does/Not/Exist.pm in @INC (@INC contains: C:/Perl64/site/
+lib C:/Perl64/lib .).
