RFC new question nodelet proposal (postshortcuts, newquestion, oneclickpostlinks, noscrollnewpost)

Like a new question button the idea is to make it easier to ask questions

Here i was trying for titlebar look of list ( word | word | word ... ) but doesn't quite work in preview :)

I've played around with the links some, I think these are shortest possible, and unlike direct links to preview, you get some metadata about the section you're posting in ( akin to Where should I post X? )
