What's measured improves Hi, I have to applaud you for the effort of putting all this together, however, it seems to me that it all just makes life more complicated. I want simplicity. I don't want to worry about the efficacy of toilet paper. Maybe I'm getting old and don't want to learn new tricks, but your article presents alot of truth that would be useful to Edward Bernays' descendants.
