File::Find::Rule is a much neater interface to File::Find :)

use File::Find::Rule qw/ find rule /;
my @files = find(
    file =>
    name => 'OT',
    maxdepth => 1,
    in => $trans_dir,
);

now @files contains "$trans_dir/OTfile1" ...
