in reply to EXTRACT FASTA SEQUENCE FROM ORIGINAL FASTA FILE DEPENDING ON ANOTHER SEQUENCE HEDAER FILE

First suggestion: read the fine manual, as in 'read the directions at the text entry box where you created your node' or 'read Markup in the Monastery' so that your data (and the code where you show what your tried) become readily readable.

Second suggestion: read the guidance on posting questions, On asking for help and How do I post a question effectively? and then some some effort.

Check http://www.bioperl.org/wiki/BioPerl_Tutorial, a standard source for [bioperl||FASTA||etc] questions

Fix the typo in your title and edit it to lower case and greater brevity!
