Indeed. Are you old enough to remember the disastrous effect of 5-mile-per-hour bumper standard imposed by NHTSA, in effect from 1973 to 1982 on vehicle designs?

Mark my words. With drive-by-wire, brake-by-wire, auto-park, auto-lane following, auto emergency-stop; not to mention fully autonomous (except for the red-flag carriers in the 'driver's seat'); not-to-consider the buggy, vulnerable, illiterate cars; the legislation is gonna get ugly before it gets sane.

With the rise and rise of 'Social' network sites: 'Computers are making people easier to use everyday'
Examine what is said, not who speaks -- Silence betokens consent -- Love the truth but pardon error.
"Science is about questioning the status quo. Questioning authority".
In the absence of evidence, opinion is indistinguishable from prejudice.
I'm with torvalds on this Agile (and TDD) debunked I told'em LLVM was the way to go. But did they listen!
