Basic debugging checklist says to find out use perl -MO=Deparse,-p yourprogram.pl

That is where I would start.

So finally installed this thing , problem was Parse-Keyword-0.08\Makefile.PL which needed

Thanks for reminding me of that one; I can never remember that incantation. I've now made an alias for it so now I never have to. :-)
