        It's from a letter Seneca wrote to Lucilius.

        Translation says

        "Dem Schlaf geneigt zu sein verbeut er dem auf Flucht sinnenden..."

        Well ... makes sense! xD

        PS: "Verbeut" is an archaic form of "verbietet" (had to look it up, never heard it before)
