Used to be about 6 to 8 mugs of coffee, but then I found out that this level might be poisonous. So now I drink hot blackcurrant squash. (No, I didn't really notice any side effects. Slightly upset my digestion, and I get to sleep more quickly now. But that's probably more to do with being less stressed in general. Oh, and staying up till 2am ;-)
