how to install URI::Escape::JavaScript on ActiveState

How to install a module on Active State Perl (Windows) when the packet manager doesn't show the modul as install option?

Explicit i need following:

thank you, it installed it for perl64bit, could i also get it for Perl32bit?	[reply]

If you have multiple versions of perl installed, repeat the procedure using the `cpan` command installed with each perl.	[reply] [d/l]
