Thanks for pointing it out.

And I certainly agree that Strawberry Perl is just an ever-so-much-simpler solution, assuming there are no interfering managerial constraints.

    It's easily done, yinghou is new to the site and perhaps asking technical questions, it's always easier to advise when details are fourthcoming and presented in a meaningful way. I've provided the appropriate links, hopefully they'll be read and understood.

    If I'm working on Windows Strawberry is my go to Perl distro, and has been since it's alpha/beta releases. No competition. My day job is all based on networks with no direct internet access, so I'm familiar with the struggle :) This is where Strawberry and minicpan really make my life easier.
