Seriously, I'm cutting down to zero. I've had hot chocolate instead for the last two days. Been dog tired, but I'm sure that'll pass.
My blood pressure is just too high. Combined with being a fat lardy bastard in an excessively hot office, that'll kill me pretty fast.
Anyone know any good links for getting over coffee addiction?
