Who am I? I'm the webmaster of the Alfimp Collective, which is about all that's relevant here. See my home node on E2 for more.
Why am I here? Well, basically just to put up Marge - the Interactive Marginalia Processor (not, for example, IMP), because I wrote it and felt it should be in the public domain as a matter of principle. Maybe one day I'll do other stuff.
