I can't say I've ever written any OO Perl. Never, and I've done quite a bit of Perl programming.

Using an OO interface to a module, yes I've dont that. But for my style of programming and problems I
tackle with Perl, OO doesn't seem to fit well.

But I've written my share of OO code in C++ and Java - which when the problem fit an OO solution well then team
programming sent very smoothly. Lots of design work and typical design tweakage along the way :-) but overall, depending on the problem,
my experience with OO based projects is very positive.
