Provided leadership and analysis to research available Knowledge Management (KM) and Portal Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) products, resulting in a successful proposal to Battelle SA&E and ISE management to conduct capital investment of $150K to start a business area around virtual Collaborative Services (S3 Sunergos, Secure, Sharing) supporting existing CB/WMD consulting practices.
