Idea for 'Code wanted section'

Earlier while in 'newest nodes' I came across this node. Its not really a question but a request for a certain type of program. I thought about considering it to be moved but there doesn't seem to be an apropriate section. At the same time it is a valid Perl request so it doesn't seem fair to delete it.

My suggestion is that we create a section for nodes like this, where businesses or individuals can post a request for a program or module and get hooked up with Perlmongers who have the time/ knowledge to do it.

Just my $0.02

[Corion]: Oooh - I had another devious idea - "Host C" - a C language where every struct is 4K in size. This makes memory and disk access incredibly fast ;)
[Corion]: (because everything is aligned to a memory page and all pages can be read+written directly from disk without buffering)
