I searched around and asked in the chatterbox, but was unable to find much of an answer for this one. crazyinsomniac did tell me that this problem is already somewhat known however.
When I view Newest Nodes, Craft, or Worst Nodes I see the wrong title for html/file security cgi [revisited]. When I view the node or talk about it in the chatterbox the title shows up correctly though. Obviously this is from the brackets in the title doing their "magic." It seems like this is a relatively new thing, probably changed after Plight of the Left Square Bracket ( )

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>
-
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
