A couple of questions and a comment:
- How large is your data set?
- How do I "tell whether the sequence is a gene or any regulatory element"?
- My billing rate is $75 (US) per hour with an eight hour minimum, payable in advance. If you are still interested, send me a private message.
Perl Monks is not a code-generation service. All of us have day-jobs (for some of us that job is 'full time student'). Mine happens to be 'Perl Consultant'. If you want me to spend time on your project, you will need to pay me for it.

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>
-
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
