Instead of looking for what to delete, why not keep only what you want ?

BEGIN { my %e = %ENV; %ENV = ( PATH_INFO => $e{PATH_INFO}, QUERY_STRING => $e{QUERY_STRING}, REMOTE_ADDR => $e{REMOTE_ADDR}, etc... ); }
