You've missed the point. A city being 'frozen over' would be just as distressing to its inhabitants as if were flooded.	[reply]

Interesting take, I'd have thought you'd be more insulted by the slightly oblique reference that Mumbai was Hell. Common slangish phrase: When hell freezes over. Poll quote: When Mumbai freezes over. -Scott	[reply]

Yeah, I did notice that. The poll is a poor one in many ways, but has been replaced by a new one (thanks davido) now so I'd rather move on and leave this unfortunate incident behind.	[reply]
