I don't know about anyone else but I downvoted this for the assumption that I couldn't read French.

    gellyfish, I'm downvoting it not because I can read french (because I can't), but because the assumption is made that I can't paste it over to $translator_du_jour.

    So is the above french well-formed, or does this parse just as well?
