Hi there,

I have not got a lot of experience with these but will provide you a few links here. Some (Lingua:: modules and Wordnet modules at least) are CPAN modules.

Article on Lingua::LinkParser.

List of various Perl modules for parsing including Sensenet, Wordnet, Duluth.

Stanford NLP resource list

Hope these are a good starting point for you. A lot of NLP is in Java but there are also Perl resources too.
