Well, obviously, the Perl 6 syntax should really be: 1,-3,-8...http://www.research.att.com/projects/OEIS?Anum=A046970 How's that for self-documenting code? :)

I personally believe that it's by far too verbose, losing the original attempt at conciseness, but the latter could be recovered by means of of suitable (pseudo? unofficial?r) protocol/scheme (or whatever it's really called like...) so I think that the Perl 6 syntax should really be:
