I would be a poet / writer definetely. I was writing a good amount of poetry some 8-10 years ago, but somehow lost the inspiration and turned to a different kind of creative work - programming.
In high school I wrote an essay for a german class about being an astronomer, but that was just too much of A.C.Clarke and Carl Sagan in it. Although, I would like to do it some day, or maybe in another incarnation. :)
