how do i make a internet game using perl?

i am trying to make an online videogame but i dont know how to make scripts yet.these are the things i want in the game: login page register page currency a city containing
a bank(that gives 2.5 interest each day)
a store with armor,weapons,and healing things
a house for the character that has,level,stats,etc.
hospital
a place where you make groups for the game
a battle arena where you can train against other people or the trainer
a gym where they can gain stats
an admin page that i can make other admins
a jail
a casino
a town hall(for showing staff)
a stock market
message board
and a chat room
can you tell me how i would learn to make these or send the scripts to me at thug2bone@yahoo.com thanks in advance to all that help

I could tell you how to learn Perl. But as for telling you how to create the game you'd like to make is way beyond the scope of PM. The first thing you need to do is get a book. I recomend Learning Perl from O'Reilly written by Randal L Schwartz (merlyn) and Tom Christiansen. Read through the book and get an understanding of the basics of perl. You might also like to goto the Tutorials section of PM and read through those as well. Once you have the basics down, then you can create the scripts yourself. Something as big as what your asking for isn't going to be picked up by someone and done for free. The size, scale and magnitude of a game takes a lot of thought, preparation, knowlege and skill to create it. I'm not trying to dissuade you from trying to create what you'd like to do. Ha ha! This really cracks me up! It's not the H-word, but a "Request For Cloning" :-) It's a pretty accurate description of the features of the Alien Adoption Agency Of course, I should make an Ork 'Omeless Orkanisation some time, but not until I finish Mapster::TNG. Okay, I'll be a good monk, and shove aside my irony for a while and give you some useful hints. You'll need these skills and/or programs and/or hardware/services to do what you want: Hosting: You need a computer with a good internet connection to host your game Apache: webserver, needs to be setup correctly CGI: the skill Perl: interpreter, and skill Database: e.g. MySQL - server and skill HTML: skill Obviously, this is not a task for the faint-hearted.
