      It is not at all clear (unless you follow--or at least look at--the link) that "traditionally" means Perl 1. Many of those votes probably really meant: "Perl 5 just the way I first learnt it on the knee of me grandpappy".

    Someday I will like Perl 6, But I've been waiting for that day for quite some years now. May be I should be happy with Perl 5.
