Perl cannot embed to run in HTML
That's not true my friend.

The mantra of every experienced web application developer is the same: thou shalt separate business logic from display. Ironically, almost all template engines allow violation of this separation principle, which is the very impetus for HTML template engine development.

    O! yes, I admit it there's some point I missed. My aspect is referring to the pure HTML nature only. But I forget if you are using Apache(or it's derive products), so you can do the hack easily.
