Not at all, just go to ?node_id=6364;user=Anonymous Monk and watch my handiwork (currently I experience a Server Error on that page)

This limitation went away. The new limitation is PERMISSION DENIED, you linked to perldoc.org, can't have that

A look at Newest Nodes shows me that Anonymous Monk still can and does post replies.
