How to replicate data sent to a Perl stream on windows

roteme has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Hi,

I used File::Tee on unix to replicate data sent to a Perl stream.

Which module is similar/equal in windows? i want to print all the program output to the screen and to log file as well (STDOUT and STDERR).

Please advice.
