    Can you not recognize that the OP at least made an attempt to inform the wider community, or are you the type of Anon poster who will find problems in everything?

      Its common sense. How can people check if the question has already been answered, if you don't provide a link?

        I looked at the OP's posting history, and they are relatively new. Based on that fact, I felt that they did a decent job at least mentioning it. Sure... it would have been wonderful if they provided a link, but I took well-enough as it was, and just wanted to promote the effort.

        I'm not disagreeing that a link in the OP wouldn't have been helpful.
