I agree totally. I've ocassionally looked at a module with an interesting name, let's say Fnord.pm, but there's no reference to what Fnording is. There's an explanation of how to invoke routines, but no mention of why, of what problem this modeule's services will solve. As Occam said: Entia non sunt multiplicanda praeter necessitatem.
