I am thankful for so many things this day that it is hard to count. I'll try the top few:
- That I now have a job (after a six month layoff)
- That I get to use Perl in my new job
- That my daughter, Madison, survived a very serious head injury with no ill effects (for more info on that see
my home node or SafeHooks.org).

<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
