I like what you have... but that's just me. Nobody complains about the Spreadsheet::*
modules, either... Just don't call it Simple
unless something similar, more complete/complex is available.
But personally, I'd be inclined to create something under Win32::OLE. Perhaps Win32::OLE::Word::Writer...
