It is very simple to answer - we have most of it. You can download Pugs (from http://www.pugscode.org/
) and run many P6 programs right now. The class metamodel is almost done (stvn
is working on it) and autrijus
is implementing it faster than he can design it.
Other notable items:
- the Perl6 namespace on CPAN right now
- an amazing number of tests in the Pugs testsuite.
My criteria for good software:
- Does it work?
- Can someone else come in, make a change, and be reasonably certain no bugs were introduced?
